If your getting bullyed if after a while still happening you should tell some a teacher, family like mum, dad evan older sister or brother. or a website you've been told about.

dont let them control you, tell someone and get it sorted otherwise it will just keep happening all day, everyday. you shouldnt have to put up with it.

On IM services you can easily block them, so on phones just block the number or if you cant, get a new sim card (Y)

Hey my name is Nadia I was being bullied and my useful tip is to stand up for yourself make sure they no that your not bothered about what the say or text If they hack into your bebo or msn delete it and make a new one when the rumours stop but most of all make sure they no your not bothered.

Ive been Bullyed on the internet and its hard to get over. My Top tip about cyber Bullying would have to be... If its got to a point where you can not handle it.. tell someone before it gets more serious. Write your thoughts down. Make a diary. Maybe as proof or just a weight off your shoulders. If it has involved your mobile , change the number. Tell someone of importance at your school. You dont have to do this alone.

Never leave your handset unattended or out of your sight. Stay alert when sending text's in public places people do look over your shoulder . Always be careful when giving your number out to friends you never know who they give it too.
