Use of website

TimeBank grants you permission to use the website as detailed in these Terms & Conditions provided that your use of the website is for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You are welcome to use or download any of the material for your own personal, non-commercial use on these terms: You accept all risks from using, downloading, installing or using the material. TimeBank is not responsible for damage (including damage caused by viruses) to your computer or software or any losses suffered by you as a result of using, downloading, installing or using the material. You will not, without TimeBank's prior written agreement: alter any of the material, or alter or remove TimeBank's copyright notices on the material.

You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any TimeBank content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of TimeBank content requires prior written permission.

Text service charges

Every text you send to 82120 will be charged at your standard network rate (10p or 12p). There is no cost to receive texts from this number and no other charges apply. To unsubscribe simply text 'STOP' to 82120.

TimeBank is not under any obligation to reproduce or display the content in the same formats or resolutions in which it was originally deposited.

If you do not want to grant to TimeBank the rights set out above, please do not submit your content.

TimeBank takes your personal privacy very seriously. Your information is stored by TimeBank in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, it will only be used by TimeBank.

If you have submitted a tip that is chosen to be turned into an animation we will contact you with further information. Likewise, if you have signed up for TxtUp StandUp texts you will receive a monthly text message from us.

Your information is private and will not be used for any other purposes. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information with other parties except as required by law.
